During the COVID-19 pandemic, we cared for a seventy-year-old woman isolated at home with COVID-19. Her family couldn't be near her, and she was frightened and alone. We stepped in with clinical care, patience, warmth, and reassurance. Over weeks of steady support, she recovered. That experience became the foundation of Upsillon Home Care.
We were called by a new mother who had just given birth to twins, afraid to leave the hospital. We sent an experienced nurse home with her, creating a safe bridge between hospital and home. When post-delivery complications arose, our nurse's quick response and continuous monitoring caught it early. The mother stabilized and fully recovered. Her words still guide us: "You didn't just care for me, you gave me courage." This confirmed that care is more than treatment; it's trust, presence, and reassurance.
