2. Services Description

Upsillion Care provides professional home care services including but not limited to:

  • Elderly care and companionship services
  • Postpartum and newborn care
  • Medical and recovery care services
  • Specialized care for chronic conditions

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about care needs
  • Cooperate with caregivers and follow care plans
  • Maintain a safe environment for caregivers
  • Provide necessary medical information and updates
  • Notify us of any changes in health condition or circumstances

4. Payment Terms

All services are subject to the following payment terms:

  • Payment is due according to the agreed schedule
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled according to the following terms:

  • 24-hour notice required for scheduled visit cancellations
  • Emergency cancellations are handled case by case
  • Long-term service contracts may have specific cancellation terms

6. Limitation of Liability

Upsillion Care's liability is limited to the following:

  • We carry professional liability insurance
  • Liability is limited to direct damages up to service fees paid
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Clients must maintain their own insurance coverage
